§2. Service Description

2.1 What StatsAware Does

StatsAware is a multi-tenant Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that provides:

  • Team coordination insights through dashboards and analytics
  • Integration management for third-party services (Slack, GitLab, Google Workspace, etc.)

2.2 Service Availability

  • We strive for 99.9% uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted service
  • Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible
  • Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues

§3. Account Registration and Access

3.1 Account Creation

  • You may use StatsAware with or without creating an account
  • Email-based authentication is available for registered users
  • One organization per account (multi-tenant isolation)
  • You're responsible for maintaining account security

3.2 Account Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information if registering an account
  • Keep login credentials secure and confidential
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • You're responsible for all activities under your account

3.3 Account Termination

  • Either party may terminate the account at any time
  • Upon termination, all data will be permanently deleted within 7 days
  • You can export your data before account deletion

§4. Subscription Plans and Billing

4.1 Available Plans

  • Free Plan: $0/month, 5 people limit, presence tracking only, 1 integration
  • Startup Plan: $29/month, 12 people limit, activity tracking, 2 integrations
  • Scaleup Plan: $99/month, 50 people limit, unlimited integrations, teams feature
  • Business Plan: $199/month, 100 people limit, custom integrations, dedicated support

4.2 Billing Terms

  • Monthly billing charged at the beginning of each billing cycle
  • Annual billing available with discount (10 months paid for 12 months service)
  • 7-day free trial for all paid plans
  • Automatic renewal unless cancelled before next billing cycle
  • Pro-rated charges for mid-cycle plan upgrades

4.3 Cancellation and Refunds

  • Cancel anytime through account settings
  • Cancellation effective at end of current billing period
  • No refunds for partial months (except during trial period)
  • Free plan users can delete their account immediately

4.4 Payment Processing

  • Payments processed through Stripe, Inc.
  • You agree to Stripe's terms of service for payment processing
  • Failed payments may result in service suspension after notice
  • Updated payment information required for continued service

§5. Data and Privacy

5.1 Your Data Ownership

  • You own your data: Team activity data, people information, and configurations belong to you
  • We process data: Only to provide the service as described in our Privacy Policy
  • Data portability: Export your data in standard formats anytime
  • Data deletion: Complete removal within 7 days of account termination

StatsAware integrates with third-party services including:

  • Development tools (GitLab, GitHub, Jira)
  • File storage (Google Drive, Dropbox, Box)
  • Project management (Asana, Monday.com, Linear)

7.2 Integration Responsibilities

  • Your responsibility: Authorize integrations you control and have permission to access
  • Third-party terms: You agree to comply with each integrated service's terms of use

  • Maximum liability: Limited to amounts paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim
  • Excluded damages: No liability for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages

§10. Termination

10.1 Termination by You

  • Cancel subscription anytime through account settings
  • Free plan accounts can be deleted immediately
  • Paid accounts remain active through the end of the billing period
  • Data export available before account deletion

10.2 Termination by Us

  • We may terminate accounts for violation of these Terms
  • 30-day notice for termination without cause (except for Free plan)
  • Immediate termination for serious violations (illegal activity, system abuse)
  • Refund of unused paid subscription fees upon termination by us

10.3 Effect of Termination

  • All data permanently deleted within 7 days
  • Access to service immediately disabled
  • Integration connections automatically disconnected
  • Outstanding fees remain due and payable

11.1 Term Updates
